4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise

  • Prices are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as displayed at checkout

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways integrated with Shopify. Laxmiya does not store card or banking details.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to pricing or inventory errors

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

An order is considered accepted only after payment confirmation and order processing.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse

  • Limit quantities per order or per customer

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within the timeline mentioned on the product or checkout page

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, logistics partner, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

Laxmiya is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery partners once the order is dispatched.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of food products, we follow a strict but fair policy.

a) Returns

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or consumed products

  • Perishable food items (ghee, honey, mixed fruits)

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

b) Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

You may be eligible if:

  • You receive a wrong product

  • The product is damaged or leaking at the time of delivery

  • The product is missing from the package

c) Reporting an Issue

To raise a request:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images or videos of the package and product

  • Email details to [support email]

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

d) Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider

8. No Return on Taste or Preference

Refunds or replacements will not be provided based on:

  • Taste preference

  • Texture or aroma expectations

  • Personal dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality

Natural products vary. That is not a defect, that is nature doing its job.
